Our Return Promise

If any product doesn’t meet your expectations (though we’re confident our Makeup Brush Sets will impress), we offer 15-day returns from delivery date. All items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Free of damage or alterations
Important: For hygiene reasons, opened Eyebrow Makeup, Lip Gloss, and Mascara cannot be returned unless defective.

  • A printed copy of your exchange request
